AO had the privilege of reconfiguring the internal layout of this stunning Grade II Listed riverside pub, providing valuable alterations including resiting the bar to its former, central position, extending the back-of-house facilities, and erecting a stunning, single-storey rear and side ‘garden room’ extension.
We worked closely with our client, the Oxford Conservation team, Barr Build and Rogue Designs to deliver a carefully considered, and thoughtfully executed, refurbishment and upgrade programme - to secure the longevity of this beautiful, historic building and much-loved public house.
In addition to improving the quality of experience at The Perch – for staff and guests alike – the resulting scheme has significantly increased seating potential at the restaurant, helping our client and their business expand their dining operations, and increase revenue.
