We couldn’t be happier to see that The Perch Oxford have re-opened their doors, and outdoor dining on the terrace and in their idyllic riverside garden - reached via their private mooring on the banks of the River Thames – is back in full force.
AO had the privilege of reconfiguring the Grade II Listed Building’s internal layout some years back, providing valuable alterations – including re-siting the bar to its former, central position – and later, extending the back of house facilities, and erecting a stunning, single story rear and side ‘garden room’ extension.
We worked closely with our client, the Oxford Conservation team, Barr Build and Rogue Designs to deliver a carefully considered, and thoughtfully executed, refurbishment and upgrade programme – to secure the longevity of this beautiful, historic building and much-loved public house.
